Most 2027 GMC Sierra options run from $495 for premium paint to $6,640 for the AEV package on the AT4X. Super Cruise adds $3,105 on the Elevation, and the 3.0L Duramax diesel adds $2,640 on the Pro, Elevation and AT4. GM Authority published the full table in early October 2026, covering factory and dealer-installed items for all six trims.
Starting prices are in our 2027 GMC Sierra price guide. Every option price below comes from GM Authority’s table and is added to those starting prices. GMC’s June press release also confirms what the packages contain. However, gmc.com shows only starting prices and a few “as shown” totals, and we found no itemized option list from GMC.
Treat the table as a launch snapshot because several cells read TBD and prices exclude tax and dealer fees. Also, GMC expects the first trucks at dealers before the end of 2026, so numbers are likely to move before you order.
2027 GMC Sierra Options for Tech and Comfort
Super Cruise is the main tech option. GMC lists it as standard on the AT4, AT4X, Denali and Denali Ultimate, and as available on the Elevation. On the Elevation, GM Authority prices the Super Cruise package at $3,105. However, the Pro does not offer it.
The OnStar plan matters as much as the hardware. GMC says buyers must purchase a Super Cruise plan after the initial three years. GM Authority lists an OnStar One Super Cruise extension for 8 years at $3,000 on every trim except the Pro, and it does not say whether the 8 years count from purchase or after the first three. It also lists a separate $800 charge for three years of OnStar One on the Pro and Elevation.
The panoramic sunroof with power shade costs $1,500 on the Elevation and AT4. However, GMC lists it as standard on the AT4X, and GM Authority marks it standard on the Denali and Denali Ultimate as well. GM Authority also lists a Technology Package at $2,435 on the AT4 and $1,295 on the Denali, without saying what it contains.

Dealer-installed comfort items also add up. GM Authority lists a console cooler at $1,299 and a console-mounted safe at $325 on most trims. A portable 12-volt fridge replaces the console cooler, moves between vehicles and keeps trail food cold. The three models below run 42 to 48 quarts.

2027 GMC Sierra Options for Engines and Off-Road Hardware
GM Authority lists the 3.0L Duramax diesel at $2,640 on the Pro, Elevation and AT4, and the 5.7L V8 at $2,690 on the Pro and Elevation. The AT4X includes the diesel as standard, according to gmc.com, and GM Authority prices its 6.6L V8 at $2,505. However, on the Denali, the same table shows the 3.0L Duramax at $0 and the 6.6L V8 at $2,800. The table does not state the base engine on the Pro and Elevation.
Denali Ultimate engine pricing
Denali Ultimate engine pricing does not add up yet. GM Authority lists the Ultimate at $89,805, which is $1,910 above GMC’s $87,895 starting price, and its table also shows a $1,910 diesel credit. GMC calls the 6.6L V8 standard on this trim, so treat any Denali Ultimate engine price as unconfirmed and ask the dealer which engine a quote includes. In addition, GM Authority prices the Max Trailering Package at $900 on the Elevation, and GMC says it includes an extra capacity cooling system.
AEV package contents
The AT4X AEV Edition is next. GM Authority prices it at $6,640, and only the AT4X offers it. GMC says the package includes a front skid plate, a black sport step, AEV front and rear bumpers, and 18-inch machined high gloss black beadlock-capable wheels. Paint and Dealer-Installed Extras
GMC calls Mesa Red, Azurite Blue Metallic and Dark Ridge Metallic new, and says premium colors cost extra. GM Authority prices most extra-charge colors at $495, including Coastal Dune, Dark Ridge Metallic, Onyx Black and Sterling Metallic on every trim. Glacier White Tricoat costs $1,095 on the Denali and Denali Ultimate. Summit White costs $0 on the Pro, Elevation, AT4 and AT4X.
Dealer-installed gear costs more. A soft folding bed cover by RealTruck Advantage costs $595, while the hard folding version costs $1,350. The Performance Package costs $5,500 on the Denali, AT4X and Denali Ultimate, and a cat-back performance exhaust adds $4,550.
What This Means for You
First, price the AT4. At $73,495 for the Crew Cab Short Bed 4WD, it includes Super Cruise as standard. Add the $2,640 diesel and the total reaches $76,135 before tax and dealer fees. The total sits $9,360 below the $85,495 AT4X. However, the AT4X still brings hardware GMC lists as its highlights: 35-inch mud-terrain tires, front and rear e-lockers and Multimatic Jounce Control Dampers.
The AT4X AEV Edition lifts the AT4X to $92,135 with the standard diesel. The package already includes beadlock-capable wheels, so ask the dealer what the $1,650 red or silver rings add before you pay for them. I drive a 2025 Chevy Colorado ZR2, and I would price the AT4 with the diesel before touching the AT4X. The $9,360 gap buys e-lockers and 35-inch mud-terrain tires, so decide whether your trips need them.
Elevation buyers have a cheaper path. The Super Cruise package and the panoramic sunroof add $4,605 together, which brings a $59,995 Elevation to $64,600. As a result, the Elevation lands $8,895 under the base AT4 at $73,495, even with both options added. However, you give up the AT4’s 34-inch all-terrain tires. Budget for a Super Cruise plan after year three, and ask the dealer whether the package includes the first three years, because the table lists a separate $800 OnStar One line for the Elevation.
Recovery gear for the build you pick
Recovery hooks give you an attachment point, but not the gear to use it. Whatever trim you pick, traction boards, a kinetic rope and a deflator kit cover the basics on 35-inch or 34-inch tires. Also, check your truck’s rated recovery points before you hook anything.
