For Wrangler owners, this means a drawer and top tray cut for your cargo area, not a generic bin, at $1,299.99. However, the fit is narrower than the headline suggests: four-door Wranglers only, and not with the factory subwoofer.
DECKED lists the Wrangler fit as four-door Unlimited models only, covering the JKU (2007-2018) and the JLU (2018-current). The Wrangler joins the four-door Bronco and the 5th generation 4Runner from July. Later, DECKED added the 6th generation 4Runner and the Land Cruiser in September.
I have owned a couple of Wranglers and rented a Bronco Badlands several times for Big Bear camping trips, so this fitment list gets my attention. In my view, the optional combo lock is worth adding, because a Wrangler cargo area shows through the rear glass. Before you order, read the details below. This system pairs one large drawer with a top tray. The drawer holds 150 pounds and the tray holds 300 pounds, for 450 pounds combined. However, these are storage ratings, not extra payload for your SUV.
DECKED lists a galvanized steel frame, high-density polyethylene, stainless steel hardware and cast aluminum handles. Also, the tray includes four D-ring tie-downs. Installation takes about 30 minutes with factory tie-down points and needs no drilling.
For the Wrangler, DECKED’s spec table lists a 20.4-inch drawer length, a 35.55-inch width and 7.89 inches of clearance. In addition, the drawer extends 19 inches. The whole system weighs 100 pounds, so plan on a second person for the install.
Next, DECKED lists the SUV system at $1,299.99, with free shipping and a limited lifetime warranty. Cases and bins cost extra because the system ships on its own. A Sixer 16 case costs $90, and a Payloader 32 bin starts at $50. Also, an optional combo lock starts at $55.
For example, the Sixer 16 case fits inside the Wrangler drawer. Your tray also holds combinations of Sixer 16 and Halfrack 32 cases, plus Payloader 32 and Payloader 64 bins. As a result, a few matching cases keep the layout tidy.

First, do the payload math. The system alone weighs 100 pounds, and the drawer and tray together are rated for 450 pounds, so a full setup puts up to 550 pounds in your Wrangler. Next, check the payload on the loading label on your door jamb before you fill both. Also, measure your tallest cargo, such as a cooler or a tote, because the tray raises your load floor. DECKED’s Wrangler listing names no limits beyond the two-door and subwoofer exclusions, but it does not say how the system sits against folded rear seats. Therefore, ask DECKED before you order if you fold your seats often.
However, we found no owner feedback on the Wrangler version yet. The reviews on DECKED’s SUV page were posted before the Oct. 27 announcement, so none covers the Wrangler. Overall, they average 4.3 stars. One verified buyer called the back edge of the top deck jagged, uneven and unfinished. In addition, a 4Runner Hybrid owner lost access to the floor stash bin. Other buyers praised easy installation and organization.
Who Should Buy and Who Should Wait
Buy if you own a four-door Wrangler without the factory subwoofer and accept being among the first Wrangler buyers.
