How are you getting external lighting wires inside your truck?

Are you drilling holes or where are you getting wires run into your vehicle for the switches? I'm thinking about doing some exterior lighting on my pillars, along sides on roof and top back of truck. Just not sure how or where I'm going to run wires?

Can't think of anything else other than drilling holes. It also depends on your truck though. if it has a sunroof you may be able to pass some ire through there. Whatever you do make sure you don't ket water leaks afterwards
