I am thinking of going for some skinny but tall 33s on my rover. I need the axle clearance but since the truck is underpowered and the axles aren't very strong normal 33s may be a bit too heavy. Any thoughts on this? I believe the lighter weight of the skinnies will suit the vehicle well

Yep that definitely sucks!

As long as you have diff breathers in the engine bay and no leaks from the axles no water should be able to enter the axles. A good way to check though is to remove the filler plug from the diffs. If there is oil coming out at a fast rate (some drips coming out is normal but not a lot) the water...

Yeah mate it does happen with synthetic rope sometimes. You have to be a bit careful
