White Duck 16' Avalon Bell Tent set up time?

I'm looking at various canvas tents that are 16-20 feet in size and just came across this White Duck brand. So two questions:

1. Have you heard of this brand and know anything about them? AKA would you recommend?
2. How long does it take to set up their 16' Avalon Bell tent?

These guys I know make a very solid canvas tent.

The problem with these sort of tents is that they are not waterproof, that is something you need to figure out.
