When do you air down?

Some people like to air down as soon as they hit the dirt. I like to wait until I find something that actually needs airing down.

What habits do you guys have?

I always air down as soon as I enter the trail. Ride quality is improved and I also find that if I don't do it at the start I tend to avoid it afterwards
