What differentiates a good tent from a bad one in your opinion?

The quality of materials, ease of setup and the general durability. The cheap ones do not tend to last that long

How quickly it goes up and is taken apart. Cheap tent will be a PITA and will not have many setup and breakdowns before it starts to fail.
