Tembotusk Skittle grill in wind?

Earlier this year, I bought one of these things after I read an article on this site recommending these things. And I have a question on windy days. How in the world do you cook on this thing when the wind is howling?

I usually cook with my truck being used a wind screen. That's what I've done with this. Your post reminds me I need to re season my skottle! My wife washed it with water on our last trip and messed my finish a little.

Ouch! Yeah still getting this thing figured out, surprisingly it does clean pretty easy for the most part. Just need to save some water!
