Powering 500w portable heater with Jackery?

I don't want to hijack someone else thread here. But I was just looking at one of those 500w Jackery's and wondering how long that would run a 500w portable heater?

Dude, I'd just get the 1000w or 1500w. Electric heaters suck a ton of energy, they are basically creating a short to create that heat and draw a ton of power. 500w I would say is more suitable for electric blanket. But still, I'd go with minimum 1000w.

I would agree that you will at least need the 1000w here

You'll burn though that power so darn fast, I would suggest the 1500 and just have yourself a little buffer of juice. Also make sure you get the solar panels so you can charge during sunlight.

Agree, that should be plenty of power for night use, have solar panels to charge during the day.
