MPG 4Runner with mud terrains vs all season tires??

Any idea what would be the MPG difference from mud terrains to all season tires on a Toyota 4Runner? Trying to decide which tires to go with. Thank you for the 2 cents!

it's hard to say an exact number. Maybe a 2% to 3% increase in fuel consumption nothing drastic. The change that has the biggest impact on fuel consumption is tire size. A wider and taller tire will be heavier and will have more rolling resistance which can a have a noticeable impact on fuel consumption
