How long to remove front bumper for 4Runner?

I want to get an aftermarket bumper, something I can install a winch and lights on. Any idea how long it will take to remove a stock 4Runner bumper? Can this be done in home garage with typical mechanical tools?

It should be an easy job mate, unbolt the old one and replace it with the new one. Be careful though as cheap bumpers may not bolt straight on to the older mounting areas and you may need to fabricate new brackets. To avoid this user reputable brand
