How do you get SpaceX support for Starlink?

I've heard that response times can be crazy, but i've been waiting 2 weeks. Technically 3 weeks from my ORIGINAL message. How in the world can you get someone to respond?

Granted they don't have phone support at this time and their chats are slow, but they will get back with you usually within 24 hours.
