Harbor Freight Apache Protective Case vs Pelican?

I was going pick up a couple Pelican cases to strap to the roof of my rig, but on Facebook just saw an add for Harbor Freight Apache Protective Cases. These look pretty nice! I know Harbor Freight a little, but not enough to run out and buy these vs Pelican. Pelican cases are pricey, these from Harbor Freight seem to be MUCH less on the old price tag. Should that be the indicator to run or buy?
