Dog harness for Wrangler?

So I've been meaning to ask some of you about how to keep your dogs put while driving around with your doors off on your Wranglers? I've not taken my doors off because my dog is always with me and I'm not sure how to keep him from jumping out.

Is there a good harness you can recommend for keep dogs safe while driving around with doors off?
