Aluminum bumper with spot for winch - 2018 TRD Pro??

Aluminum bumpers are popping up more and more in my FB feed. Have any of you tried any of these? I'm curious how these compare to steel bumpers? I get they are much lighter, but strength wise, how do they hold up?
