That is normal. As mentioned above, there is a two inch spacer for the front driveshaft you can get that will get rid of the vibrations

June-July should be the time. I would drive them in August just to let all the snow melt a bit further because some of them still have snow well into the summer months

Something you need to keep in mind is that spring spacers do not improve suspension travel or abilities. Therefore, by only adding spacers you increase hight wihtough addicting suspension reticulation which will make the truck easier toroll over. If you add longer shocks along with the spacers...
