Promaster vans are FWD, you can't convert these to 4WD. If you want something that is 4WD, you will want to get another van like a Sprinter or Chevy or I think Fords do come AWD

Wouldn't that defeat the purpose of this trailer? Unless you talking about getting one of the companies bare bones trailers and tossing on a different top, light could work assuming the top is the same size.

But then again spare battery will extend that footprint for the electric. I just watched video on these guys that drove Canada border to Oregon and they brought one electric and one gas and used the HECK out of both. Big trips might not be bad idea to have both.
