You need to buy from a good and reputable builder, that will have a large impact on resale. If you are going custom, think about if others would want what you doing. Don’t go ‘Pimp my Ride‘ and add a popcorn machine on the front dash. Chances are not many will vib with your tastes.

That’s what I was thinking. Major changes would need to happen with solar panels in order to have enough power captured to charge something like this and get enough range to get your out of the sticks!

Yeah wind is not your friend in these sort of vans. My sister in law has two Sprinter vans. We drove one to Grand Canyon last year. Fun times and we now want one. But man, we hit some windy areas and got tossed around.
