My bed rack has some rusting forming at the weld spots and I'm wondering what can be done about this? I was thinking wire brush and shoot it with Rustoleum seeing that it's just black and you'll likely not even notice it. But I don't want to do this again next year. Will this work?

Quick question on sleeping bag temp ratings, how accurate are these and better yet, how do they determine these temps? Does someone jump in one as temps are dropped and they determine when they are not comfortable? "OK... temps are now 15F, I'm cold so let's give this one a 15F rating?"
