You might get some missfitng mate. Usually though it goes away after you drive the truck for a bit and the water in the engine bay dries out

maybe yes and maybe no, you can never really now with those things. However, even if it does it will probably be fine after a few hours when everything dries out. The problem usually is water done the spark plug wire which can cause a bit of a misfire, but as I said it does tend to go away
