Sleeping bag or Quit?

I've been hearing more and more people swearing by these camping quits vs traditional sleeping bags. I'm going to make a post here and see what sort of noise surfaces. Let me know your feelings. Thank you!

Once I stopped backpacking, I started using my sleeping bags as covers. I now have a nice quilt, a down comforter and will bring a couple of bags along if its real cold.

I have sleeping bags, but funny that I'm reading your post as I've heard people giving praise to these quits that weigh next to nothing.
