Ozark Trails "High Performance" cooler

I found someone on Craigslist selling a slightly used Ozark Trail 'High Performance' cooler. Now I know these were once sold for around $140 bucks. This guy is sell for $75. Any of you have one of these or can comment on how well it keeps cool?
