Need a builder for a friend

My neighbor just hit me up this afternoon. Him and his wife want to take off next year and travel around the U.S. in a van. We are happy to say we inspired them with our Sprinter travels! Now they do have a higher budget and want a elegant 170 or 170 extended. Budget which all he told me would need to be below $240,000. Needs to be completed and delivered to them before end of 2024. Both are retiring this year and are set on traveling the complete 2025. I told them I would send list of builders their direction.
