How can I lift an IFS vehicles more than 2 inches?

you will need a diff drop, and aftermarket control arms. Possibly extended brake lines and sway bar links
 
It starts to get expensive and you do not get much out of them as they do not flex. I would say there is no point in going over 2 inches on an IFS
