How are you washing your dirty dishes during winter camping?

Assuming you aren't using 100% disposable plates and utensils, how are you washing your pots and pans when camping in colder weather?

warm up some water over the camp fire, pour it in a big bucket and do the dishes without freezing your hands!

Yep, exactly. How ever you heated the pan up, get it back up with water in side, wipe down as needed.
