Getting rid of fridge smell

Regardless what I do, my fridge seems to always smell. When we are done using it, I wipe it down and keep it cracked open. Yet when I turn it on and it runs, it smells. Not sure what is happening here, any tips on keeping your camping fridge smelling fresh?
