Do people think about driving into weather?

I've been following the weather that California and Nevada is getting right now with the blizzard. This video captures first person view of Donners Pass and serious clueless people up there.

That one guy with the handful of chains is a good example of someone that shouldn't be on the roads. Clueless! When the guy was trying to push and he couldn't even understand to hit the gas. Man, just stay home.

It's crazy, and there is more weather coming there

We stay put when the roads get bad. I don't fear the roads, I respect them and just don't want to deal with them during those times.

I question this all the time when we have crummy weather here. Some serious bad drivers out there.
