Do GMRS antennas need to be tuned like CB antennas?

If yes, are there any that don't need to be tuned? If not, how hard is this to do properly?

I'm pretty sure some do. I know the one I have didn't need to be. You might want to check with the company you are buying from. If it does, I'm sure the directions will state. Can't imagine that would be that difficult. But then again, I have never had to tune an antenna.
