Black Bear Pass wrecks - what happens?

So YouTube got me this morning and I just watched nearly 1 hour worth of video. This video stopped me here. Particularly the ending where they show all these messed up trucks that fell down the pass. So when someone rolls their truck here, do they just leave the wreckage?

Interesting thought, I would think the person who rolled it would be responsible, assuming they are alive.
