Are Toyota factory skid plates strong enough?

Are factory Toyota skid plates strong enough to handle impacts off road? Or should I change them? I will definitely be running out of ground clearance occasionally as I do like the tougher trails

The front one on a TRD Pro may be good for a bit but it will get bashed up quickly. The one for the fuel tank is just useless. If you are planing on really leaning into those skid plates I would put some aftermarket ones on there

They are strong enough for light use but I wouldn't leave them on there if you where going to so any very difficult trails where you know you will be using them regularly.

For overlanding, I would say they are adequate
