Any recommendations for cutting wheel arches without making a mess? I still want the car to look straight but I need some larger tires

use some masking tape and build a template of where you want to cut around the arch. Draw straight lines on it and cut slightly under the lines so you have a margin for error. Ofter you are done straighten everything up with tough sand paper
