California Central Coast residents are losing overnight access to the only free beach campsite in the Big Sur area because visitors wouldn’t clean up after themselves.

Permits need to be issued for spots like these. Honestly it will be a PITA, but look at the alternative. This won't stop this from happening, but I bet it will cut it down.
