It has the power to turn them but I will be very sluggish. Especially if loaded. If you keep it light you should be fine though.
 
Yeah it does, it won't be the fastest thing around though. A RIPP super charger may be a good idea!
 
Many people run them so I presume they are fine. Fuel economy and performance will suffer though. I would say it runs 35s much better but it is up to you and the usage you want the truck for
