2021 Gladiator flat bed conversion

Have any of you done a flat bed conversion on your Gladiator? Is there any welding or cutting that needed to be done in order to remove the OEM bed?

I'm starting to toy around with the idea, but want to get wind of what I should expect from installation standpoint and if I don't like the flat bed or decide to go back, will the bed be not messed up for the re-installation?
