I guessed I missed this memo potentially. My MPGs I have noticed have continued to go do down. Now I just cleaned my air filter, actually replaced it and my MPGs have gone up! So leads me to question, how much does a dirty filter affect MPGs?

Which compressor you able to fit into 50cal can?

I do have a set of chains. But yes, when offgrid, I'll airdown and still have the chains on. Just drive slow you don't want the chains hitting your fenders or brake lines.

Oh I have had my fare share of close calls with this thing. No avoiding that. If there was something else out there that was more reliable, I would swap it out. But for now considering how this resides out of my way, and DOES work when you need it. Might as well figure out how to keep it in...

I tried using this thing yesterday and it's all a mess right now. I need to get some grease on this thing that will stay on the jack even while outside of truck and crappy weather. Any suggestions?

A buddy of mine has one of these things. I have yet to see him cook in it, but will say from handling it, it's well made.
