Why isn't there solar panels like this?

I've had this idea in my head for a little while and was reading some other persons thread here asking about something with an awning. This kind of trigged me thinking about this again: Why isn't there a solar panel FABRIC that is used as the awning material. Can you imagine the roof space of your awning being a solar panel? Damn depending on the efficiency of such a panel, that would be huge. With the world slowly going in EV as well, this seems like it could be a winner.
