Making Gladiator bed dust proof?

Whether a tonneau cover is on or cap, when this thing is closed up, a ton of dust always makes it way into the back of the truck. So any of my stuff that is in the back of the truck gets covered with super fine dust. There must be a way to see where all this dust is coming into the back and sealing it up?
