Jeep Gladiator tire sensor is acting up, how to replace it?

Is this something I can do from my garage or is this something tire shop needs to do. Never needed to service one. Is the tire sensor in the actual tire or is it somewhere else. I'm pretty sure it's in the tire, but going to verify with you all just to be clear.

Its part of your valve stem. You have to break the bead on the tire.
These usually live 5-10 years. They rarely go out by themselves.

Did you just get tires?
