How to track down rattling noise under truck solo?

I have an stinking rattling noise under my truck and it's annoying as ever. The only time I'm hearing it is when I'm driving. How can I track this down solo? I don't have a lift. Any tricks you can suggest would be appreciated. Thank you!

listen closely to get an idea of where it may be coming from, middle of the truck front or rear and then climb under it and start moving things around with your hands to check if there is anything loose. There is not much else you can do when alone with no lift
