How in the world empty Alpcour Portable Toilet?

We just picked up this toilet and can't get the $h!^ out of this thing! Literally!! When I'm holding this upside down over the public outhouse and trying to get the liquids and 'stuff' to come out, it doesn't! There must be a valve I'm missing here.

Can't deal with something like, plus the size. We use special poo bags and just discard and be done with it.
