Do you guys carry a cast iron pan with you? They are great but I find them too heavy!

Yes I do, I absolutely love it because it is tough and leads to great results when cooking. However, I do agree that they are a bit too heavy
 
they are too heavy but it is ones of those sacrifices you need to make! A cast iron pan is a must!
