American Adventure Lab Utah review?

Have any of you done business with American Adventure Lab out of Utah? They have a couple items I want, and I was about to order when I noticed their Google reviews has a bunch of 1 star reviews. Now in their defense there are a number of really good reviews, but there must be 5-6 one star reviews out of the 23 reviews there.
