I am thinking of switching from GAIA GPS to a device based mapping system like the Garmin overlander. Are these devices worth the price?

Polybushes for the front end of a Tundra. Good or bad?

I would only get polybushes from a reputable brand. They can be stiff and very noise an sometimes won't last that long. If you can't find good ones go for OEM. The stock Toyota ones are pretty good

What spare parts do you carry?

It depends on the trail, if I know we will be doing some tough tracks I take spare CVs and maybe and alternator during winter when everything is muddy as they love to fail on the 80. Other than that, just normal filters etc

Converting onboard water to filtered water suitable for drinking?

The above are great suggestions. Until you get a permanent solution you can also use one of those bottles that filter water so you can drink from streams and rivers. Something along the lines of a Lifestraw

    Remove mold smell from tent?

aScrub it with soap and let it sit in the sun open. I wouldn't use any old remover as it will probably damage the tent

    Snorkel on your 4Runner?

If you get a cheap knock off you won't get much benefit from dust. If you can find one with the secondary filter on top or a good quality safari snorkel then yes you will see a difference. I like having them on mine as there were plenty of occasions where I did not plan on driving through deep...

Best way to have pressurised water at camp?

I am pretty sure there are water tanks out there that can get pressurised using an air compressor and will provide pressurised water. Shaun from the story till now on YouTube has just installed one on his Bronco

Interesting video on how far you can drive a 4xe Wrangler in full EV mode

It's cool to see it driving silently on the trails. Range is still limited though but with this being a plug in hybrid it doesn't really matter
