Tear Drop trailer Under $38,000 and can be towed by Subaru Outback

I have Subaru Outback and towing is limited to 3500lbs. My budget is limited to $3800 and I want a teardrop. Something that can take a punch. Can you suggest any? I've been camping in tents and I want some hard walls and sleep off the ground. But still have the mobility of sleeping in the wild. I'll always own a Subaru, so I need something small. A few friends suggested I look at tear drop trailers.
