Windproof 270 awning?

I know this might be a longshot, but I'm going to ask regardless. Is there such thing as a windproof 270 awning?

Do you mean without tying it down and using the support legs?

Over the years, I've seen most of the diffrent brands. My group uses mostly OVS. I personally would not leave one up in any real wind. Tied down with the sides installed, Ive seen them hold up pretty well. Tied down without the sides is still scary if the wind gets some good gusts.

Mother nature will always win push comes to shove.

When wind comes, put the awning away. I don't know of a single awning that is "windproof". Fast enough wind will mess up anything if it's moving quick enough.
