White water Rotopax container be used for drinking water?

If I rinse out my white Rotopax container, can this be filled and used with drinking water?

Yeah, clean it out good and it will be good. Drinking water i wouldn't let sit in it for long periods of time though

There are pills you can pop in there too that will make it last longer as well.
