Used Sherpa 4x4 12000lb Colt winch??

I found someone selling a used Sherpa 4x4 12000lb Colt winch. It looks like a decent winch and it's priced great (guy is going through a divorce). Curious how this compares to Warn? If this winch was from someone I had heard from, game on. But never heard of this one. Please comment if you have thoughts or experience about this brand or specific model. Thank you!

Sherpa has been around for a bit. They were mostly industrial that's why you never heard of them. I do know their quality, what I don't know is if they use the common foot print. Check the size and bolt pattern against a warn.

Well honestly, I had not heard of this company, but I just looked up and managed to find some reviews, seems like they make a decent winch that folks like. But looks like Warn has a lot more options.
