Trailtopia's Instant Ramen for Camping

My wife bought me some of these Trailtopia's Instant Ramen freeze dried meals and I just tried one today. Yuck, where the hell is the flavor! I love ramen but this was horrible. Sorry.

Didn't know they had camping versions of ramen. Seems unnecessary, ramen that you get in the store is already freeze dried and cheap. The moment you package it for a group like campers/overlanders, you get that additional 'tax' added. For ramen, I would just get from your local food store.

Looks like their going for a piece of the back packing food industry. $6.99 for 3oz (dried) of beef stroganoff. $11.99 for the same in mountain house. Half price but they left out the flavor......uhh, no.

Did you wife find these on clearance? When i did search on Amazon, it doesn't show it with direct seller. Might be a sign.

+1 I'm all for these freeze dried meals, but ramen? Yeah, not feeling that one.
