Sirius billing is always screwed up

Why is Sirius always raising their rates and failing to notify of the rate increase? I find this so annoying. I just had to call them and they refunded my account. This isn't the first time this has happened. Just posting this to those of you that have subscriptions with Sirius, make sure you check what they are actually billing you!

Tell them you are going to cancel your account, everytime I have done that I get a discount to stay with them.

I chopped Sirius when I chopped cable a couple years ago. Best move I made

Good tip! Just checked mine, they have been charging me $27 per month for last 8 months. Supposed to be $13 per month! They are refunding partial and moved to $8 per month.

I have and I use, but can't stand their customer service. All outsourced to overseas and tough to understand.
