Freespirit EVOLUTION V2 tent good for all season?

This tent has a somewhat unique design, but this has me wondering if a good side gust would impact this tent negatively? Also could this be used as an all season tent?

Cool tents, but that scissor like functions has me wondering how that would hold up over time.

Reasonable size diesel heater should keep that nice and toasty.
